It’s so fun to go to the beach, and share those fun times with your family.  Regardless how many times, we go with the grand kiddos, it’s always fun, and I’m as ready as them to go back.  It’s relaxing to dig in the sand, feed those sea gulls, and run thru’ the waves.

The kiddos loved flying their kites.  Mason was so stinking cute, flying his.  And he wanted to do it all by himself!

This kite was pretty….but even Aunt Val, couldn’t make it fly!

And of course…you have to dig in the sand at the beach!

And that’s all folks….til we head back to the beach!

The other day I went back to class to get my Private Pesticide Applicators License.  I was pleasantly surprised to make a 94 on my test.  It was one cram session and class….you take the class and the test in one day.  Lots of material so little time….!

But I came home to this special bouquet!  My Hubby surprised me with flowers for passing!

They were such a beautiful fall bouquet!  And such a sweet surprise!

Our granddaughter celebrated her 4th birthday, the first of November.  She was one excited little girl.  She was having a party, plus she was having her cousin to spend the night with her.  We all had lots of fun……..  and I can’t believe she is four!

The Birthday Cake was so pretty….looks just like a little girl….that loves princesses and beautiful things.

Only problem is he got stuck with a tail, and didn’t even know it!  Wonder who did that?The girlies had fun!

And the very bestest part……getting to open all the dress- up clothes and go try them on.  They changed so many times….I’m surprise they didn’t wear them out in one night. 

I took these pixs on my iphone, when my grandson got his first haircut.  Not the best quality….but the expressions on his face are priceless.

During:  Can’t you tell he is just loving it!  She put him in a little car…gave him tools to play with.  What more could you ask for, when you get a hair cut?

Afterwards, Isn’t he the cutest little boy, with his first haircut.  And then he cried….when he had to get out of his little car chair….there was another little boy, fixing to get his first cut.

And as you can see in the background is mommy….and I with our cameras, documenting the moment is time.  Mason’s First Hair Cut!

We enjoyed some visitors to our ranch the other day from Calif. and Wis.  I believe, they got to see a little action in Central Texas.  Between snakes, wild hogs, crazy dogs, and cowboys hats, we all had a blast!

The Sweethearts give them a Texas size tour of the fair grounds.  Only problem the Ladies didn’t have enough time to shop in the Exhibit  Bldg.

Fun with Cowboy hats.  They had to try out Mackie’s Mexican Cowboy hat!  And Mark practiced his Howdy and tipping his hat at the ladies!

They even got to see Crawford and met President Bush, and eat at one of his favorite places.

Well, guess I need to clarify this title a little.   I didn’t find this is my real back yard….but the back, back pasture (that is the place we lease behind our place)!  But that’s close enough.  It was kinda strange looking.  How did this cow head get in this tree, and how long had it been there.  Made you wonder what happened long time ago………

This time we headed to the San Antonio Zoo.  It turned out to be quite a warm day, not as cool as we hoped for.  In fact, Autumn could not stand to be sweating…and she was ready to go, before we even finished!    But all, in all we had a fun day, and saw lots of animals.
