Can’t eat pork, Swine flu…       Can’t eat chicken, Bird flu.     Can’t eat Beef, Mad cow….     Can’t eat eggs, Salmonella.   Can’t eat fish,  heavy metal poisons in their waters.   Can’t eat fruits and veggies, insecticides and herbicides.   Hmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!!!!! M M M M M M M M M M M   I believe that leaves Chocolate and ice cream!!!!!!!!

Mason’s 1st Birthday

I really don’t have time to do but a few pictures of Mason’s birthday.   But thought I’d share a little of Mason’s joy in his first Birthday party.  For some reason, Mason didn’t want to eat much of his supper.  He didn’t know what he missed.  It was yummy……fried flounder, fries, green beans and slaw!

But the gifts did impress him——until mom took one away, to give him another gift!  He even read the cards!!

But the CAKE was the main show of the party.  He wanted the big one….but again mommy took it away!!  But HEB was generous and give him his own first cake for his first birthday.  Did he enjoy it!!!

And he ate and ate and played and played til the platter was clean!

And Autumn was impressed with the cake too!

…..and did you see someone else sneak a lick!

Wild flowers & Cactus blooms

I was out on the ranch taking more cattle pictures, and of  course had to snap a few of the flowers along the way.   Love these since, I was able to take them on my manual settings again, and didn’t think they needed any editing at all.  So enjoy!  Even though the flowers have been few on the ranch this year, you can still find a few pretty ones.
