I had to post these pictures of my Roses! I went out to snap a few pictures of the ranch, and cattle for a project in my photography class and took these too. I was impressed with myself……..I’m not bragging….
..but I did absolutely no edits and they were with my camera on totally manual, with my new lens. Maybe I have hope……….one day…….to get it all down. But don’t ask me about the cattle pictures……..I had to do some work and ahalf with photo shop. O well, the life of an amateur photographer!
Anyway take a peek and see what you think of my roses!

Lucky. Ours aren’t even out yet.

Ours just came out really nice this week, but then we got almost 5 inches of rain on them. So some of the blooms look a little worse for the wear. But they are still so pretty!

Yes, I’m liking it better. At first, I would blur or over expose. It’s amazing it’s so different from my Nikkor 18-135. But think, I’m finally getting the hang of it, or at least better. I go back and forth with those two lens sometimes and see if I can see the difference. The last job I did, I really liked my 18 x 200. And I really like these roses….even though I haven’t played with close-ups much with this lens, more wide angle distance.
